  • Sunday, March 22, 2020  Today, Governor Mike DeWine and the Ohio Department of Health issued a Stay at Home order for all of Ohio until Wednesday, April 6, 2020.The order specifies which essential businesses are to remain open.In conforming with the state order, Central Office will close from March 23-April 6, 2020 but office staff will work from home and respond to calls and emails. Please contact Erin at 937-657-5363 if you need to visit Central Office during this time. After April 6, we will determine our next course of action.We will continue to perform our primary purpose: to carry the message to the alcoholic who still suffers. The Central Office phone number, 937-222-2211, will be answered 24/7, as always.Thank you to all our wonderful volunteers who help with Night Owl. You are a critical lifeline to those who reach out for help.
  • Unity Subscribers who usually pick up their copies at Central Office can have the April issue mailed if they send a mailing address to DaytonUnity@gmail.com
  • Due to concerns about COVID-19, some AA groups are temporarily suspending their meetings. Closures will be posted if they are received. Some meetings have contact phone numbers you may call to see if that meeting is cancelled. Please email updates to centraloffice@aadaytononline.org
  • Online AA Meetings with Corporate Accounts (like Zoom) Members are creating online meetings through applications such as Zoom.Please know that using a company account is against the 7th Tradition of being self-supporting through our own contributions. Personal accounts are within the guidelines of the 7th Tradition

Dayton Intergroup is an association of representatives from any official AA meeting within its area.  The area covered is Xenia, Ohio west to the Indiana State line.  The southern border runs through Middletown.  The area extends north to Troy.  Within this area there are currently 390 meetings per week at 155 locations.
